I have a Toshiba Satellite C660 laptop running Windows 7 home premium and a Samsung C24B750X monitor. They are connected via a USB cable and all is fine. I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 but now find the monitor does not work, no matter what settings / resolutions I use. It is not picking up the display from the laptop, whether in duplicate, extend or 2nd screen mode.

Samsung Customer Support helpfully referred me to Microsoft Customer Support and after over 30 minutes on hold to 0344 800 2400 I received no response. I have since rolled back the Windows 10 installation to Windows 7 again and everything works fine! So clearly a Windows 10 issue. How can it be resolved??
