At this point Orochimaru could've used anything to just finish him off, including the offensive jutsu Nidaime used, or any combination of snake jutsu. Or another mokuton. Hiruzen 'fighting equally' with Orochimaru in Pt 1 is laughable. Hiruzen wins.

Part I Kakashi isn't on Hiruzen's level. Kakashi's only high level jutsu from part I is chidori, but he won't be able to land a hit.

Hiruzen is better at ninjutsu, and has shown better range. He also has better taijutsu. With Enma in staff form, Kakashi would be decimated in CQC. Enma can also defend Hiruzen by making a cage around him, and can fend Kakashi off by himself. Part I Kakashi hasn't shown anything that can really defeat Hiruzen. I don't like using DB stats as an argument, but it shows that Hiruzen is superior in almost all aspects of the ninja. Without Kamui, Kakashi cannot defeat the Sandaime Hokage.

In terms of 'stopping power' i'd put my money on chidori before i'd put it on Sandaime's sub-par taijutsu showing and a katon that can easily be dodged or avoided using doton. Also direct manga canon shows that Kakashi is superior in almost all aspects of the ninja. Taijutsu keeping up with Zabuza, ninjutsu and genjutsu trumping Zabuza, and the ability to fight an extended battle(not very extended, but longer than Sandaime).
